You simply need to register for an account on the website then use the book a repair form to put your repair request through to us, during that process select if you want to Mail-in or schedule a time to bring it to our drop off location. It might be possible to collect from you for that please complete the form on Contact page so we can try help you with that.
Do I need to back up my data before repair?
Yes, we recommend that you back up all your data before bringing in your device for repair. While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee the safety of your data during the repair process.
How long will the repair take?
The repair time varies depending on the type of device and the nature of the issue. Simple repairs can often be done within 48hours, while more complex issues may take a more than a few days; especially if we are going to have to wait on parts to arrive.
